Returns and Refund Policy 

We stand behind the quality of our products and maintain a strict returns and refunds policy to protect product integrity, hygiene, and fair use.

No Refunds Before Delivery
Refunds or return requests cannot be made while an order is being processed or in transit. Requests are only considered after the order has been successfully delivered.

Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Requests made after this period will not be approved.

Order Processing & Cancellations
Orders move quickly into processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unassembled

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all parts and accessories

  • Show no signs of wear or damage

Any product that has been used, assembled, or altered is not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Used fitness equipment

  • Opened accessories or resistance bands

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance. Contact support with your order number and supporting photos if applicable. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Approved returns must be completed first, and a new order can then be placed.
